Anil Agrawal is the CEO of CIMCON Lighting, Inc. and has more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate management, sales and marketing, product development and entrepreneurial leadership. In 1988, he founded CIMCON Software and successfully led the company through years of continuous growth and positioned it as a multi-faceted company with global customer base and offices in USA, UK and India.
Anil has pioneered the concept of "Just In Time Lighting" using an industrial strength Internet Of Lights (IoT) platform that solves the problem of high energy wastage caused by inefficient and unnecessary use of lights. He holds several US Patents on wireless controls of street lights and has several publications on advanced control systems.
Anil received his Masters' degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.
Tod Riedel is responsible for all business development and channel partner activities at CIMCON Lighting and has extensive experience in the management of services and technology organizations. Prior to CIMCON, Tod was Chief Operating Officer of Structural Graphics, a leading provider of technology packaging and also COO of MIJA Industries, a fire protection and suppression systems manufacturing firm and IoT leader. Tod was also a co-founder of Millennial Net (wireless sensor networking) and pioneered the use of sensor networks for competitive advantage in organizations throughout the world. Riedel also previously served as North America director of Enterprise Consulting Services for HP Corporation, assisting Fortune 100 firms with complex technology integrations. Prior roles also included Director of Business Development and Director of Applications Development for CGI Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM.
Tod currently serves on the Board of Directors for Harvard University's Community Action Partners (www.cap-hbsab.org). CAP is a volunteer organization helping Boston-area nonprofits with their business challenges.
Tod received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Matt Mitchell is a renewable energy industry professional with approximately 20 years' experience in working with companies to accelerate their revenue growth through the implementation of strategic investment and operational initiatives. At CIMCON Lighting, Matt overseas the following areas: Finance, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations, Human Resources, IT, and Legal.
Prior to CIMCON, Matt spent two years as Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Corporate Operations at the Gradiant Corporation, and four years as Vice President, Acquisition and Strategic Development at Harvest Power. In addition, Matt has over 10 years' private equity investor and management consulting experience including serving as Vice President at Heritage Partners for three years.
Matt serves as a mentor for the Harvard Innovation Lab and Cleantech Open, a not-for-profit that runs the world's largest accelerator for cleantech startups.
Matt holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.
Chris Davis is a Sales and Marketing industry professional with over 30 years’ experience in the clean technology, smart buildings, LED lighting and industrial automation sectors. As Vice President, Smart City Initiatives and Strategic Alliances, Chris is focused on developing CIMCON Lighting’s Smart City strategy and creating an ecosystem of related partners. In addition, he provides thought leadership through the creation of relevant whitepapers and conference presentations.
Prior to CIMCON, Chris was Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances at Schneider Electric for five years, President and Board Member of Baumuller Inc. for four years, and has held Vice President, Managing Director and Board Member positions at the following companies: Dapra Marking Systems, Color Kinetics, and Varta Batteries Pvt. Ltd. In addition, Chris served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
Chris serves as a Mentor/Advisor in the following professional organizations: Cleantech Open, MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge, MASS Technology Transfer Center, and the Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative – Energy Division. He received his Master of Business Administration from The Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL. In addition, he holds a Certificate of Achievement in Alliance Management from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
Bob Flaherty leads CIMCON’s Managed Services and Customer Success teams and brings over 20 years of experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Managed Services and IT Service Management. Previously, Bob led the definition and development of innovative SaaS portfolio and go-to-market business models for companies including Schneider Electric, CA Technologies and InteQ. At InteQ, a pioneer in IT managed services and SaaS, he was responsible for Service Strategy, Product Management and Sales of InteQ’s Managed Services portfolio managing IT infrastructure in over 90 countries. He has also developed several strategic partnerships that helped shape the MSP marketplace.
Chris Dingley is CIMCON Lighting’s Vice President responsible for the Eaton sales channel and is acting Director of Sales for the West region.
Chris has earned more than 30 years' technology experience which includes Intelligent Lighting controls, Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, Building Automation and Control, Smart Grid, Smart City and Energy Management systems. He has extensive experience in semiconductor component, embedded module, system level and wireless networking, cloud based SAAS, and software management systems. He is proficient in sales strategy development and leadership targeting strategic markets utilizing direct sales and indirect manufacturers rep and distribution sales channels.
Chris joins CIMCON from Engenutiy Systems where he was Vice President of Business Development, served as Vice President Global Sales IoT at Echelon, Executive Vice President Global Sales at Exar and Vice President of Worldwide Sales Micrel semiconductor. Chris attended Arizona State University completing Marketing and Electronics Engineering Technology programs.
Heidi Sporel, Director of Marketing, has over 25 years' international experience in managing and implementing projects in all facets of Marketing for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to Start-up. At CIMCON Lighting, she is responsible for the development of all Advertising, Promotion, Public Relations, Event, and Web campaigns. Prior to joining CIMCON Lighting, Heidi was Director of Marketing at Masspro, a professional services organization serving the medical community. While at Masspro, Heidi managed all Corporate Marketing initiatives with a special focus on Health Information Technology (HIT). Prior to Masspro, Heidi spent five years as International Marketing Manager for NetTest/Anritsu, a manufacturer of Network Management equipment, where she over saw all Corporate Branding initiatives as well as managed the day-to-day marketing operations of two business units. Heidi was also a Product Manager and Marketing Director at Western Union; and eight years at the Sony Corporation as a Business Planner/Market Analyst and Promotions Manager.
Heidi holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business from Seton Hall University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Economics from Boston College. She is also a Certified Grant and Proposal Writer, and has completed Project Management Courses at Boston University.
William A. (Bill) White
Bill White leads the systems architecture efforts at CIMCON Lighting. Bill has global experience delivering integrated sensing, control, and analytical solutions in a wide variety of industries, including defense (Honeywell), industrial automation (Modicon), electric utilities (Doble Engineering), industrial wireless (AirSprite), environmental controls and data center infrastructure (Schneider Electric), and numerous consulting engagements (Primary Insight, AlphaSights). He has led large and small multi-disciplinary engineering teams, as well as business initiatives and collaborative alliances to identify and create new value for customers. Bill was also an instructor in systems engineering, training more than 100 senior engineers worldwide in structured architecture development techniques.
Bill has succeeded with a variety of technical challenges, including real-time software control of machinery, systems integration across multiple engineering domains, design for hazardous atmospheres, precision environments, distributed systems, design for evolution and human factors, and operation at large physical scale.
Bill has a substantial portfolio of innovative and profitable projects, and has been granted 7 U.S. patents. Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University, an MBA jointly awarded by London School of Economics, HEC Paris, and New York University, and a Master of Systems Architecture from Cesames Institut Paris.
J. Martin Woolard
Martin Woolard is the Sales Director, Midwest Region for CIMCON Lighting, Inc. where he is responsible for working with the company's agents in providing Pre & Post-Sales support, including assistance with creating and responding to Requests for Proposal and Quotation.
Martin has over 25 years' experience in the lighting and controls industry, including 16 years working at Holophane Lighting Company (now Acuity Brands) managing national accounts, two years as a Retail National Account Manager for Cooper Lighting (now known as the Eaton Lighting Division), three years as Vice President of Sales for Relume Technologies and two years as Director of National Accounts and New Business Development at Sensity Systems.
Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & History from Muskingum University in New Concord, OH.
Dave Muckey is the Sales Director, South (Gulf Region) for CIMCON Lighting, Inc. where he is responsible for managing and supporting the company's agents across four verticals (Utilities, Municipalities, Department of Transportation, and Commercial & Industrial) in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Dave has over 27 years' experience in the Controls and Lighting industries. Prior to joining CIMCON, Dave spent two years at QSSI, Inc. as National Accounts & Business Development Manager, four years at Energy Solutions Group, Inc. as National Accounts Manager & Control System Specialist and six years at Genlyte Thomas Lighting (now Philips) as an HID Lighting & Control System Specialist. From 2009 through 2014, Dave was President and Co-Founder of netLiNK Wireless Controls.
Dave is a longstanding member of IESNA, International Dark Sky and ANSI C136.41. In 2013, netLiNK Controls control system won the Connected World "Silver" place Value Chain Award under the "Remote Monitoring Systems" category.
Dave attended Richland College in Dallas, TX.
Carter Yepsen is CIMCON Lighting's Regional Sales Director for the Liberty Region (New York and New Jersey). In addition to driving CIMCON's sales in the NY and NJ area, Carter is also be responsible for guiding CIMCON's sales and marketing efforts through the Cisco ecosystem.
Carter has over 30 years of technology sales experience with companies such as Oracle, EDS, Sybase and Cisco with a specialization in government sales and the Internet of Things (IoT). Carter comes to CIMCON from Presidio Network Solutions, a major systems integrator for Cisco, where he was responsible for sales and business development efforts for New York State government opportunities and where he also helped drive Presidio's efforts for "Connected Communities". Prior to Presidio, Carter spent 16 years as an Account Manager at Cisco where he dramatically increased Cisco's market share in New York State and oversaw the creation of one of the largest consolidated IP-PBX implementations in Cisco's history.
Carter holds a BA in Economics from Hartwick College, lives in upstate New York and is a National Ski Patrol Emergency Care instructor.
David Miskiel is the Regional Sales Director, Southeast for CIMCON Lighting, Inc. where he is responsible for managing and supporting the company's agents across four verticals (Utilities, Municipalities, Department of Transportation, and Commercial & Industrial) in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.
David has over 35 years' experience in the lighting and controls industry having worked for manufacturers such as Lightolier/Genlytefor sixteen years (now Philips) as well as Osram Sylvania (now Ledvance) and Holophane (an Acuity Brands Company). David was a founding principal of Bright Technologies, LLC as well as the owner and founder of Lighting Solutions and Sales, LLC from 2011 through 2016.
David has held an "LC" accreditation from the National Council Qualifications for Lighting Professionals since 2001.
David graduated from The Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and attended Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering in Baltimore.
Kim Scott is the Inside Sales Administrator for CIMCON Lighting, Inc. where she is responsible for supporting business development, Salesforce data management, reporting, and analysis.
Kim has over 17 years' Business Development experience. Prior to joining CIMCON, Kim spent two years at Vislink, Inc. as an Inside Sales Manager for the Broadcast Division, and Ten years at Eagle Leasing as an Outside Sales Representative.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH.
